Lugovoy case unsubstantial: Russian prosecution

The Russian Prosecutor General's office says British demands for the extradition of Andrey Lugovoy are unfounded and politically motivated. Britain says the former security officer is the main suspect in the Aleksandr Litvinenko murder case.
