The diplomatic row between the U.S. and Belarus is heating up. Political analyst Kirill Koktysh from Moscow's University of Foreign Relations says the row is set to continue as neither side reeds 'good relations' with the other.

Russia and the European Union have so far failed to get started on drawing up a new deal regulating their economic relationship. But deals between Russian and EU companies conitinue to grow in number and size.
