George W. Bush is following a U.S. tradition in trying to sort out as many problems as possible before handing over to a new president. That’s according to Aleksey Kuzmin, a political analyst from the National Prospects Foundation.

Presidents Putin and Bush will hold what’s expected to be their last official meeting as leaders on Sunday. Political observer of the Russia Profile magazine, Dmitry Babich, spoke to RT about the prospects for the talks, being held in Sochi – host-city of the the 2014 Winter Olympics.
