- Post the full autobiographies of all those who deal in organ transplant on a public Organ transplant-er's database- with full- color photos. So, if the trafficker is found to have illegal links, then they will be exposed.
No one should be able to traffic in organ transplant or "installation" without being fully scrutinized.
In addition, the business of organ transplant is mainly for the rich and powerful eating up the organs of the poor. Then, the fact there are so many people getting organs replaced means that the environmental pollution is extremely high. More emphasis should be put on cleaning hazardous waste, especially in such war zones as Iraq and Vietnam, where such sadistic powers dump collasal amounts of chemical, nuclear, and biological weapons agents into the air.
Why haven't these polluters been addressed? It definitely can not pure, natural carbon dioxide that is killing off my neighbors.....

- I dont know if doctors in Russia take the hippocratic oath to preserve life and practice there profession morally. Im sure it would take a medical professional to do those procedures and know what problems to look for so the organs can be used. There are aready laws that prevent that kind of behavior in place im sure. There no sence trying to implement new laws under emotional conditions. The problem here is collecting evidence that will hold up in a court of law. Its more like your expert wittness is better than my expert wittness. So the prosecutor need better expert wittness than the defendents. Thats it in a nut shell.

- Punish those engaged in them, most severely...!
How about eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth type of scenario?
But that may not be so viable, simply because the biggest offenders are, surprisingly -
Not the poor and the wicked
BUT..
Mostly the richest and the most wicked...!
These multi-chain hospitals and clinics spread all over much of the Western Hemisphere..indulge in them in varying capacities.
Stripping the body bare of all organs after autopsy and/or before burial/Cremation...
There's a worldwide demand and a permanent shortage.
Therefore the solution lies either in alleviating the demand
OR
Meeting the demand either legitimately or through artificial means...
Probably sometimes in the future...?

- The great question about human organ transplants is what is the motive, money or help another person. Several nations have developed restrictions on financial compensation for human organs. We should enforce these laws and restrictions, EVEN ON AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL!

- People often criticize death penalty, but the most assured way of stopping illegal trade in
human organs
human trafficking
Drugs
is death penalty and very swift and decisive enforcement.
It is often the case that enforcement is a bigger problem than enaction.
