Evgeny Sukhoi
Evgeny Sukhoi is a roving reporter for Russia Today
In March 2006 in Belarus, Sukhoi covered the Presidential elections and the opposition riots in the central of Minsk that followed, providing up-to-minute updates on the situation.
While in North Ossetia he followed the trial of the only surviving Beslan school-siege terrorist Nurpashi Kulaev.
He often travels off the beaten track, providing the channel’s viewers with an insight into political processes and lives of the ordinary people, be it in Iran, Kazakhstan or the breakaway Georgian Republic of South Ossetia
Evgeny Sukhoi graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University). Sukhoi speaks English, German and French.
His interests include cinema, theatre, literature and alpine sports.
