Martyn Andrews

Martyn Andrews presents "Entertainment Today" and is also the face of "The Wayfarer" travel and adventure series.  He also presented the cookery programme "Culinary Quest" - all on Russia Today.

Martyn was born in Liverpool, England and is a professionally trained Broadcast Journalist, Presenter, Actor and Singer. He has a BA (hons) degree in Acting and Performance and appeared in several professional musicals and major theatre productions.

He has presented several television shows on a number of networks, both in the UK and abroad; Some of the highlights were BBC's Songs of Praise, a UK-based chat show "Lounge Living TV" and an adventure TV series called "Undiscovered Egypt".  

Before moving to Russia, Martyn hosted the world wide, award-winning documentary "My Abyss", a deep sea diving programme based in New York.  He had to train for months around the world to become a dangerous deep sea diver for the programme!

Martyn has been at Russia Today since its launch in 2005, and loves living in Moscow! Even when it is minus 20.
