Marina Dzhashi

Before joining Russia Today, Marina Dzhashi did most of her journalistic work in radio. She worked as a news presenter at the Voice of Russia World Service, hosted a morning phone-in talk show at one of Moscow's FM radio stations and produced radio features and programs for different radio companies on a freelance basis.

Marina holds a BA in Linguistics (Honours) from Moscow State Linguistic University as well as an MA (Merit) in International Journalism from Westminster University, UK. She also studied liberal arts at the University of Texas at Austin and gained an MBA from London Metropolitan University.

Having grown up in New York and New Delhi Marina developed a strong interest in foreign cultures and later in life pursued career opportuities in the countries as diverse as Japan , the UK and Russia.

Marina is fluent in English, Russian, French and Italian.
