It seems AC Milan is eyeing a major squad reshuffle. Various sources report they are set to release Brazilian Kaka to Real Madrid, and at the same time ready to challenge Madrid’s bid for Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo.

On Friday, SkySports quoted the Real president’s advisor, Zinedine Zidane, as saying that Milan’s Brazilian star Kaka had 'already signed for Real Madrid'. Conflicting reports have recently been suggesting the 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year is set to leave the San Siro.

Meanwhile, an announcement on Kaka's future is expected on Monday. The Madrid grand is believed to be the favorite to land the Brazilian's signature, although Chelsea are rumored to have made a record-breaking offer for his services.

But for legendary Zinedine Zidane, the deal has already done.

"Kaka has already signed for Real," Zidane said as quoted by SkySports.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri have revealed they will battle Real Madrid for the signature of the 2008 World Player of the Year, Cristiano Ronaldo, writes the Sun.

While, Man United boss Alex Ferguson is doing all he can to convince the Portugal international to stay, Milan president Silvio Berlusconi claims he has already offered the winger the chance to become an AC Milan player.

"He looked at me, and said 'Who doesn't like Milan? All players would like to come to Milan'," the Sun quotes Berlusconi.

So if Berlusconi’s plan comes true, Milan will substitute the 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year for his successor.
