‘Nuclear containment isn’t a solution’

Russia and the US need equal partnership rather than mutual containment in the nuclear field, believes Dmitry Danilov from the Moscow-based Institute of Europe.
In regards to the new model of European security suggested by Russia, Moscow has to provide a more detailed plan and put it on the negotiating table.
