11 November, 2008, 21:57

Four servicemen have been injured in a blast in Russia's southern republic of Ingushetia. Police say the explosive device went off near a stadium in the city of Karabulak where law-enforcement officers were patrolling at the time.

The officers are now in hospital and one is in a serious condition.

Attacks on police and military occur frequently in the republic with more than sixty killed this year alone.
