Russian President’s first State of the Nation Address coincided with the day of celebrations in the U.S. over Barack Obama’s victory in the election. John Laughland from the Institute for Democracy and Cooperation from Paris and Mikhail Troitsky from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations joined RT to discuss the tensions between the two countries and whether they can be resolved soon.
