Ukraine's President dissolves court for ‘wrong’ ruling

Ukraine's President Yushchenko has dissolved a local administrative court in Kiev. He took the action on Monday following the court's ruling against Yushchenko's decree to hold early parliamentary elections.
The judge found in favour of Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko, who argued that Yushchenko's decision was unconstitutional.
It's reported that a new central regional administrative court will be created to replace it.
On October 8 the president dissolved the Parliament and called for early elections, following the break-up of the ruling ‘orange coalition’ last month.
