Watch the video of any controlled demo and you'll see explosions starting from the bottom up. The reason for this is that it takes less energy (explosives) because as the bottom portion of the building fails, the sheer weight of the rest of the building does most of the work. The towers were damaged relatively near the top, and they failed from the TOP down, with each successive floor adding to the weight and force on the floors below. Try this...get an empty aluminum soda can and with the help of a friend slowly stand on it with one foot. If you are careful you can put all your weight on it. Once you do, have your friend flick the side of the can with their finger and watch what happens...the cylinder will fail. Much like the WTC towers did (they were essentially cylindrical tubes connected with floor trusses and it was those floor trusses which actually failed)...

And try to think: If it took 24 days to do it to a 33 story building with 2.2 million square feet, how long would it take to do it to two 110 story buildings, each with 4.3 million square feet? And now tell me with a straight face that the government could really pull that off.

I remember very clearly, watching on U.K. television the events of 9/11 as they happened. I am not a structural engineer, but i remember saying to some friends who were present at the time, those buildings were brought down by some kind of controlled demolition. Since that time, i have examined all the evidence incl, videos,witness statements etc, and there is no doubt in my mind that the destruction of WTC 1,2,and 7 was deliberate. The American people were fed a load of bullshit by the government and the media as to the reasons why the buildings fell,when the facts did not support them. I remember the same thing happening in the U.K., over Iraqs W.M.Ds. We in the U.K. are having a full public inquery into the Iraq war, and i hope the American public will press for a completely independent enquiery into the events of 9/11.
