Amazing rescue of baby born on night of attacks

Exclusive RT footage shows residents of South Ossetia's capital finally emerging from their basement shelters after days of heavy bombardment. One woman gave birth on the day fighting broke out in Tskhinvali, and until Russian peacekeepers and medics arrived, had been hiding from the hostilities with her newborn child.
The South Ossetian capital was almost completely destroyed when Georgia attacked.
The woman remained in her basement as fighting continued to rage above.
Even when the fighting stopped, she was unable to leave her shelter until medical help arrived.
