Presidential address to United Russia party

Vladimir Putin has delivered a speech to members of the United Russia party at its pre-election conference in Moscow. The party holds a big majority in the Russian Parliament. In his speech, the President praised Russia's economic achievements in the last few years. He also outlined the challenges facing the Duma in the future.
