Elwood doggy: unmatched in ugliness

The world's ugliest dog has been crowned at an annual competition in California in the U.S. The winner's trophy was claimed by a two-year-old Chinese Crested and Chihuahua mix, Elwood.
Last year the unfortunate animal only came second.
The dog's owners say people sometimes think he's a monkey. But after a couple minutes with him everyone adores him.
As well as the title of ugliest dog, Elwood also won $US 1,000 U.S. in prize money for his owner.
