Russian FM: Obama wants to rethink view of global situation As the official part of President Obama’s ended, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed optimism to Vesti TV about the US initiative to reset relations with Russia.

“It’s these kinds of ties that can turn US and Russia into real allies” Joseph Cirincione, Ploughshares Fund: “Ties are forged not just on the arms control front, not just on the business front, but on real, militarily significant levels that are both in the US’s and Russia’s interests.”
