Nobel prize winning author Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn has died aged 89. Solzhenitsyn's books were the first to tell millions of people across the world about Stalin’s brutal repressions. Fred Weir of the Christian Science Monitor spoke to RT about the author's controversial life and brilliant works.
