A man of the world, artist Oleg Buryan, who was born in Ukraine, lived in Great Britain for 18 years and now settled down in Moscow, explained to RT why he has chosen Moscow to live in.
"For fifteen years I was not quite sure if I would like to come back but now, over the last three-four years it is a nice place to be – from an artist's point of view.
