Russia's largest airline, Aeroflot, has called for duties to be imposed on jet fuel exports, in an effort to hold down record prices.

Aeroflot's general director Valery Okulov says measures need to be taken to demonopolise the activities of fuel depots.

He also said the government should encourage construction of more oil refineries and modernise capacity for production of oil products.
