Best of British arrives in Moscow

One of this week's most anticipated events is the British Film Festival, which is celebrating British cinematic talent with no fuss, juries or trophies.

The British Council, along with art-group Coolconnections, will show 10 examples of British cinema, including Mike Leigh’s award-winning “Happy-Go-Lucky”, David MacKenzie’s “Hallam Foe”, a new documentary by British cinema’s great arthouse director Terrence Davies “Of Time and the City” and others, including the intriguingly titled “A Complete History of My Sexual Failures.”

All the films will be screened at the Evropeysky House on Kievskaya starting Octover 28 until November 4.
