Palin beware – Russians can see you too!

Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin is not the only one who can see another country across a vast ocean. In a satirical response to her comments about being able to see Russia from Alaska, a hilarious YouTube video shows a Russian man build a telescope so he can watch her too.
The reason why ‘Vlad’ took so much interest in her has nothing to do with international politics or the election campaign. Quite simply, he is in love – but the musical video shows how Mrs Palin apparently ignores his romantic pleas.
Vlad’s life-long friend Boris is the only one to give him a shoulder to cry on.
Palin famously claimed that she would be adept at foreign affairs because, in Alaska, she could look across the ocean and see Russia. She has been widely pilloried for the remarks.
