Before you critisize, think! what good have you done to your brother, neighbour within the first half of the year 2009? Do you know his (Obama) proposal for his extended family? what ever president Obama is today, he worked towards his achieving them, let his brother also strive to be a governor with the name that Obama has come to enstablished in the world. His brothers need to use that name positively.

Ann, Obviously, you need to take your blinders off, tunnel-vision is dangerous. However, I do agree with one part of your comment , that "he" and his "wife" are "sincere". Yes, they are; about bringing about more dependency on big Government and killing the free-market trade in the U S A . I am employed in the healthcare industry; just because you have insurance, this does not guarantee you will receive treatment either. On a daily basis, people are sent home earlier than they should be discharged from the hospital. Once the Government takes over, do you really think it will be better ? Due to the "books-being-cooked by Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, Washington turn their heads. Pres. Bush asks their committee for a report on how this is going they say along with Congresswoman Maxine Watters, everything is "good"..........THEY OUT-RIGHT LIED !!! The whole country saw it on television several months before the crash started........ This country is in the shape it's in ; it STARTED with the Clinton Administration's insistence that banks give loans to people who could not afford them. Now Social Security is on its last leg, along with Medicare, and you really think a government burecrat can help you with insurance. Obama is a **** and is thrilled that he is making you and others like you swallow the "KOOL-AID". Lord help you...........

You had better study your history. It was the black slave traders from Africa who kidnapped and sold the blacks to Ameicans. Not that it was right to buy them. If you study history the blacks in parts of Africa are still being sold as slaves. You have no idea how good you have it in this country, black or white. Though I am not sure how much longer that is going to last, we are all going to be slaves to the government before long.

Dimitri-- very well said. I also take care of my family because of it being THE RIGHT THING TO DO. I would never have voted for Obama in a million years because his views are what I considered unAmerican. He panders to those who are definitely from the "what's in it for me" set. I also served our country proudly and so did my husband and brothers. I believe in the Libertarian principles. Blacks who want to make this a racist thing are dead wrong. How come I like Alan Keyes and even Collin Powell (until he sold out to Obama). Dislike of Obama isn't racist and I deplore those who post racist comments. It is all about Marxism and how BO will get the middle class to fork over for his policies. Those who think the upper class will pay are delusional. they all have fancy lawyers making sure than they don't pay and if they own companies, they simply pass the tax on to the consumer (i.e the middle class since they are the usual buyers in any great numbers). BO will only bring the country down.

Don't waste time in hotels- you will learn nothing. Rent a car in France/Britain/Italy/Spain & stay only in B&B's.Take a seat in each village square &have a good look at the citizenry for 1-2 hrs. Bunk in with families & start asking questions like when granny is going to have her cataract surgery?And how come an ambulance didn't show up for grandpa,now 6ft under in a local cemetery?Ask which health programs would be cut when the health trust runs out of money?Ask, how come the handicapped are beggars in front of churches. Ask why congenital anomalies are frequently not corrected, especially orthopedic conditions. Ask why isn't the kid with cerebral palsy treated for his/her contractures??YOU ASK THEM!The answers will surprise you! Be sure to trip &break a front tooth while over there & find a dentist to treat you.It will be cheap, yes!Experience 1st-hand how their dentistry is something out of the 40's (and likely need to be redone once you arrive back home),even if you beg them&offer more money--they won't treat you adequately by US standardsBECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW!That will be Obamacare and worse!HAVE IT YOUR WAY!See how pleased you will be!

Dimitri === Well said. Although I do believe Obama will either destroy this country or turn it into a socialist state. And before it's said I'm not a racist, but am a Democrate. I just don't agree with his politics nor do I like issues from his past being blocked by him. He wants an open Government but hides his past, sounds fishy to me. And after all his campaign promises promising not to raise taxes to those making less money, guess what we will be taxed. The government doesn't have the money he's putting out to everyone, we will have to pay. You can't keep blaming Bush for the debt he keeps increasing in this country, all parties of Government are to blame not just one. But digging us in deeper thinking we can just keep printing money is gonna cover it ....Well it won't. I'm not a follower and I fell sorry for those that are blinded by someone who makes promises they will break. A pretty smile can't make it better. Families will have to help each other before its over, we may all have to open our doors to our brothers and sisters, parents and children, or even they maybe be living on the streets or in shacks. Or we ourselves for that matter, we may need them.
