I am 40 years old.I have 3 house and I am debt free.I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.Yes I am African American.My 2 grandchildren are biracial and so is my Dad.We are in South Carolina, one of the highest unemployed state in the USA.None of us are unemployed that means my parents and my two brothers and their wives and children. Since, President Obama has been in office he has caught more hell than any other President.It's not like the country was handed to him on a bed of roses. The country was in bad shape before he took office.I have heard people say assassinate him. My Dad said that statement was made to Martin Luther King, President Kennedy, and Robert Kennedy.They all were working for a change.You all need to check the qualification to be a USA citizen.If I leave this country today and have a baby tomorrow in another country without changing my citizenship to another country. Guess what? My baby will still be a USA citizen and still will be able to run for President in USA in the near future.McCain was not born in USA.Obama's Mother never change her citizenship from the USA. So, he is qualified to run for any office of the USA.The best part of all of this is President Obama won the election and no one can do nothing about it.In this country if you have a small percentage of Black blood you are black. My Dad is 50% black and he still had to attend Black schools during the 1950's and 1960's.My Dad was not allowed to attend any white school in South Carolina because he was half white.All the hate and digging in to the President's business is racial,because no one never dug into Bush's business until Obama ran for President.All the racial slurs that was thrown up along time a go they are back now,but Thank God that blacks still have opportunities.I believe in the Almighty God,and when I pray to him the devil must flee.Our family stand on Christ the Rock.We are still working, we help people in need in our community and we always pray for the President.

He has taken over a country that has been run by Republicans & run down. It is now time for a change & I think he is the Man to do it. How short our memories are. Bush was not good for our country. Clinton was not good for our country. These are statements made from the American people when these presidents served our country. Some people look for the bad because it makes news and the internet blogs are full of personal comments. What I think is not necessarily true facts. I only speak what I know. I do know that if nothing is tried, then nothing will get done and progress is not reached. The biggest critical issue is Healthcare. I have seen and heard the most outrageous remarks about Obama's idea of what will help the uninsured population, but it does not necessarily mean that the House and Senate will write the legislation to send to President Obama for approval. Nobody would ever want to kill off the elderly. We have tried to get health care for the past 16 years and have failed to get to first base. The Medicare Part D is not a asset while the majority like myself was getting free meds from the pharmaceutial companies. This could still be continuing if the lawmakers had of left that alone. Now the Republicans did this to us. Who has hurt the seniors the most? We now have private insurance companies writing our medicare. Once the majority signs over to these insurance vouchers they will change what they will pay for and the amount of our co-pays on each treatment, not to mention the monthly preminum. Lets watch out for anything that money can be made from. I trust the government of which a majority of lawmakers make the decisions, instead of voluchers We need to wake up and smell the roses instead of stinking lies. Remember the opposition always stirs up the American people, motto being keep them dumb and poor to keep them in line and easier to manage. May God continue to Bless America even though we are in sin.

This is unfair to blame President Obama with the down fall of his people being poor How many Politicians, rich people, etc. can even afford, or won't take care of all their relatives or friends. Then they will be saying President Obama is using the state money to take care of all his people in Africa.. This young man could use some help, but caring for him is not mandatory. Instead of looking for a handout.. I have people with money , and they haven't given me one dime. What would he have done if President Obama was broke?

Stop blaming President Obama. It's a shame when a president is called by his last name Obama, instead of President Obama. I have never known of any President in the United States, or else where to be called by their last name. This is very disrespectful. The American people need to stop blaming President Obama for everything, our former President messed up for 8 years. It is going to take awhile to straighten out the Bush years.

just for the record, I am not rich. It is very tiresome to hear how hated the rich are. I don't know how many of you so called liberals realize how much taxes that the rich pay and that its rich people that create businesses and jobs so that people can work. a lot of rich people took chances and started businesses and became wealthy. If their businesses failed, who do you think lost out? the workers went and got another job but the owner was out of the money and time that he invested. the wealthy are the ones who buy the products that people make. envy will destroy this country.

If you can't make enough to support your family, you should be thankful others will donate something to you. If you can't make it in the US, go back to Mexico or wherever and try to make it there. These posted comments come from some of the most ignorant people in this country. One says the rich got their money from the poor. How can you get money from someone who has none? If you are going to enter comments, you should look up words in the dictionary and spell them correctly. Your punctuation should be correct, and your substance correct. If you want to know how the government would run health care, go to a
Veteran's hospital. I have been there with several family members, and the care is like a third world country.
I do not want my tax money to be used to pay for medical care for illegal aliens; nor do I want it used to kill

I have worked for what I have. I have helped people that have less than I. I think it is a crutch saying the rich put down the poor. A lot of the poor just have their hand out for handouts. Obama has pulled the wool over the eyes of the poor and liberal minded people in the US and they do not or will not realize this person is going to RUIN the United States. All of you rich people are the ones that are against Obama, because you are afraid the poor people like us will get somewhere in life. Then you will not have anyone that you can donate your junk to, in order to get your taxes reduced. If you are so against Obama triing to help the not so gifted then you should take some of your millions of dollars that you are not going to be able to take with you when you die to the millions of people that actually need the money to feed there children, dress them, and keep a roof over their head.
This country is supposed to be the land of opertunity (for the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer?) Well I am 37yrs old. I have my family my husband works some 50+ hrs a week and we can't even buy new clothes for the kids. We all wear used clothes. our furniture comes from the better off people that throw their thing into the garbage. We are lucky enough to find it and bring it home so our children have somewhere to sit. I am all for Obama. He just might be able to make people like me or my children have a better lives farther down the line. I just wish he could make you rich people stop putting down the poor. Because if it wasn't for us, you would not be where you are today. Filthy rich.

I am not a racist -I did not vote for Obama because He is a Socialist and he reaches out to the muslim world . How did he get in as president when he can not even produce his birth certificate ? does that not scare you? we let terroist in to our country no one knew that we had terroists living amoung us, attending our schools and working here in the united states . It is frustrating that working people are always penalized. So many are sitting at home every day smoking, drinking, practicing poor parenting, drawing money from taxpayers. These are the people who always have money for junk and $100 tennis shoes. Equal and fair are not the same thing. It IS fair that folks who work hard have a good living. It IS NOT fair that people who sit at home enjoy the same benefits. That is socialism and we do not want it in America. We also want to REMAIN a Christian nation. It is so sad how far we have come from our heritage. We are PRO-LIFE! We believe marriage is between one man and one woman! We believe in hard work! We believe that our borders should be protected! We believe in democracy and the majority of Americans are not happy with the decisions being made! God will judge our country and each of us one day and HE does not see color. He sees our hearts. Black Americans need to remember that too. you should not stand up for Obama only because of his race. I have lived as a missionary in Africa for the past three years. I AM NOT racist but I do not believe Obama is making morally correct decision. If he were white I would feel the same way. We need to leave race out of it. That is just "Using the race card" and people are getting tired of it. He was voted in. America is past this.

Please, you are proving the point that is made by many Obama detractors. That point being that the uneducated and uninformed are the base of Obama's support. Now, to Obama's brother. Hopefully, he has tried to help him at some point. If he hasn't, it is a shame, since he has tried to help many other "brothers", (at the taxpayer's expense, of course.)

I'm an independent and I didn't vote for OBAMA, and I'm proud of it. I didn't trust him than and I still don't trust him. How long does he have to be in the White House before you Liberals stop saying the reason that this country is in such shambles is because of George Bush. Obama has been our President for seven months now and your still blaming Bush for the mess that we are in today. Obama has been in office long enough now to start taking responsibility for the so called mess that we are in now!! Maybe Bush did make some bad decisions, but at least we weren't billions of $'s in debt.The stimulas package that he signed and the one that he did not read, but signed it because his smart advisers like Palosi and Reed, who are runing the White House (by-the-way) told him to sign it. I thought you all voted for OBAMA, not Palosi and Reed to run the White House. For all you people that voted for Obama because you wanted a change, well your going to get it. Our unemployment keeps going up, more businesses have closed than ever, our country is getting more and more overloaded with Illegal Immigrants, our country is broke and we have Americans in out country that are starving because they have no jobs and no food.
