Russia’s wonders from a train window

Not many Russians can say they’ve travelled across their entire country, which covers one-sixth of the world’s land. But photographer Anton Lange has managed just that, capturing faces and landscapes during a marathon train trip.
The photos from the Southern Urals; Lake Baikal; the Black Sea coast; Russia’s North; Siberia; the Far East and the Golden Ring create a huge and varied panorama of Russia.
A showing of his works are now on display at Moscow’s New Manege.
