Keep your wits about you and don’t believe anyone! That’s the advice for everyone on April 1 – April Fools’ Day. It’s a time for practical jokes, pranks and hoaxes, a chance to embarrass your friends, neighbours or enemies.
It’s the one day of the year you can play a trick on your boss without getting fired. The day is observed in many countries around the world, including Russia.
Many say that nothing's better than a good laugh. Russians love a joke and April 1 is a day of fun.
