Artist’s life of colour on canvas

Published 13 March, 2008, 14:33

Russian artist Mukhadin Kishev enjoys different cultures – he grew up in Russia’s Northern Caucasus and now lives in Spain with his British wife. His paintings, full of vivid colours and intricate lines, seem to reflect his own meandering path in life.

His brushwork is easily recognisable. Even non-figurative paintings do not resemble one another – each creating a unique universe.
