Doing it for the kids! Bikers' Christmas show for orphans

Disabled teenagers from an orphanage in Russia’s south-eastern city Penza visited a winter festival in the capital. Only this time Father Frost smelled not of cakes and honey, but of leather and gasoline as the kids had been invited by Moscow bikers’ club to have an explosively good time.
Millions of people come to Moscow every day, but for this little crew it was a very special trip.
The festive performance with motorbikes and Hummers was more spectacular than meeting Father Frost and Snegurochka (the Snow Maiden), which Russian kids are so used to – and a lot more exciting.
The show, organised by a group called the Night Wolves, was about bright lights and deafening noise – sometimes a bit too much for the unaccustomed spectator.
Life has been tough on these children. Most have known little more than the orphanage walls since their very early days.
Most kids like them never get to leave the facilities they're assigned to.
Young as they are, they're already aware of the realities of life.
“Dreams rarely come true. You have to do something yourself, nobody will give things for you for free. Although, this was a great gift , this trip to Moscow,” one of the kids said.
