American comic insanity hits Moscow
Published 09 November, 2007, 11:20
Robert Post, the American comedian, brought his famous show to Moscow, evoking sweet, childlike emotions from a demanding Russian audience, made up of both children and adults.
His favourite words include insane, absurd and funny.
He has been entertaining people for 30 years and knows enough about their sense of humour and the origins of laughter. He also asks the public to use their imagination.
This is his first time in Moscow. He's performed in every possible setting worldwide, including festivals, factories, and even on river boats.
He is a comedian, a clown, a story-teller and even a ballet dancer. Robert Post's show is made up of different styles, genres and techniques.
What doesn’t seem to change much is the trademark sense of humour this funny man from Ohio is famous for.
