Russian model tops best dressed list

Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova has been named the world's best dressed woman for 2007. The award was made by U.S. fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar.
The 25-year-old beat off stiff competition from the the likes of British catwalk diva Kate Moss, who finished in tenth spot. Moss won the competion in 2004, before dropping to second and third place in 2005 and 2006.
Among other notables on the list are millionaire author of the Harry Potter fantasy series, JK Rowling. She was named the seventh best-dressed woman.
