Russia chooses its Top Ten Sexy

Russia has chosen its top ten celebrities, whose glowing looks make the heart skip a beat. It is one thing to be told that you are sexy, quite another to get a trophy for it.
Russia's top actors, TV presenters, singers and socialites arrived at the fourth annual ceremony “Top Ten Sexy”.
Despite being well turned out, they nevertheless insisted that appearance is not everything.
“We do not show our bodies, we're not going to do that and we're proud of ourselves. Sex is something that's in your eyes,” Elena Temnikova, a singer of `Serebro` band, one of the nominees points out.
According to actor Konstantin Kryukov, who won the 'Top Ten Sexy` award last year, “A sexy woman is a smart woman, who doesn't forget that she's a woman first and foremost. And she shouldn't be a feminist. No way!”

Some said that a quick wit, rather than a body beautiful is what really counts.
Garik Kharlamov, stand-up comedian is sure that “with a sense of humour you're sexy.”
Others went further, trying to analyze where sex appeal comes from pointing the blood mixture as a primary source.
The ceremony itself was mostly about showing off exclusive garments and sharing the latest gossip.
For the second time Russia's renowned Olympic champion ice skater Tatyana Navka was named as one of the top 10 sexiest people.
Navka may be able to melt hearts, but insists that hot figures in the cold world of ice-skating attract more fans to her sport.
“Before I went on stage one man told me that he had never before watched figure skating and that it's only thanks to me that he became a fan of the sport. That's the best compliment for me,” Navka underscores.
The winners were given limited editions of the book that is widely considered as the gold standard on love and sex, the Kama Sutra.
The recipients grasped the books with enthusiasm and even quoted from it on stage.
No matter whether one is a fashion editor, a top model or an oil tycoon, being sexy in any business means that he or she can double or even triple the assets, and achieving any of the goals becomes an easier task.
