The night of October 31 is a time of ghosts, ghouls and all things sinister – Halloween. Many Muscovites are joining the celebrations and it has been a busy night for nightspots. Moscow's Department of Education, though, recommended schools not to get involved – fearing Halloween promotes something immoral.
