Today we will talk again about the NATO-Russia relations. Relations between NATO and Russia have warmed steadily since they were frozen in the aftermath of the Russo-Georgian war in August 2008. NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen is to make his first trip to Moscow in his new job later this year. Is a new strategic partnership between Russia and the US achievable?
