Today we will talk about the state of the nation address by the Russian President. In his first address to the Federal Assembly, Dmitry Medvedev proposed a set of political reforms aimed at widening people’s participation in politics. He also outlined the Russian response towards global challenges. We’ll be discussing the presidential speech with a man who was directly addressed by Medvedev on Wednesday – Member of the Russian Federation Council Dmitry Ananiev.
