Hole in one! Russia has just over a dozen golf courses in comparison to Sweden which has almost five hundred. Why? Sweden is also a northern country, so climate isn't the issue in sustaining a golfing industry. For decades the game has been seen more as a novelty in Russia, rather than a professional sport. But all that is set to change! Martyn Andrews visits a brand new golf course built 38 kilometres from the Russian Capital. He tries his hand at the game and looks at how golf is set to explode on to the Russian sporting scene.
